ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Zestique operates on a strictly limited vault system. We do not hold excess inventory, and we do not mass-produce. Because our silhouettes are engineered in hyper-limited batches for Archive Drops, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or sizing errors. Once a garment is claimed and the vault is closed, the transaction is absolute.
THE EXCEPTION: COMPROMISED GEAR We hold our manufacturing to a ruthless standard. Every piece undergoes a strict inspection before it leaves the assembly. However, if you receive a defective garment or an incorrect item, the syndicate will make it right.

You have 48 hours from the exact time of delivery to report a compromised item.

Contact our assembly team via our Contact Page or WhatsApp with your Order ID and clear photo evidence of the defect.

If verified, we will issue a replacement. If the archive for that specific silhouette is empty, a store credit will be issued.
SIZING AND FIT Because we cannot process size exchanges, knowing your exact measurements is mandatory. We provide detailed fit descriptions and size specs for every piece in the archive. It is your responsibility to review the sizing guides before completing your bank transfer.
FAILED DELIVERIES & RETURNED PACKAGES If a package is returned to our facility due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, or if the shipment is uncollected, the customer is fully responsible for any additional shipping costs required to dispatch the gear a second time. We do not issue refunds for abandoned orders.
